Luskentyre is situated on the spectacular West Coast of the Isle of Harris. Bed & Breakfast includes complimentary tea, coffee, and home baking on arrival. This large room 13ft x 20ft is on the ground floor with access to an extensive decking via double patio doors. Outdoor seating allows you to watch the varying tides and sea colours, only 50 metres away. Looking across the bay from the window you can see the island of Taransay and the toe of Harris. It is a twin bedded room, but the beds can be joined together to form a super king size bed. The flooring is solid oak as is the furniture; dressing table, desk and large coffee table with tea and coffee making facilities. A leather two seater couch allows you a cosy seating area. The en-suite is fitted to a modern high standard with a large shower and bidet.
Tariff is £110.00 a night.
Breakfast is served between 8am and 9am in our spacious lounge / dining room. Three large double patio doors allows an unspoilt panoramic view across the bay to Seilibost on the opposite shore line and Taransay Island.
Breakfast features local produce including:

- Arrival time is 15.00 hrs onwards. Departure time is 11.00 hrs.
- We will gladly store your cases if you want to explore the area on the day of your arrival or departure.
- Minimal stay is for 2 nights.
- As some of our guests have allergies we do not allow pets.
- Booking is secured with a deposit of the cost of the first night stay, remaining balance paid on arrival.
- We will send you a written confirmation of your booking when we receive your deposit.
- In the case of a late bookings we require full payment on arrival.
- Preferred method of payment is by cheque made payable to Agnes Cross.
- Late cancellations will be charged unless we manage to rebook, in which case we will not charge.
- Initial enquiries should be made by email. We will follow this up by a phone call or email as soon as possible.
- We operate on a strictly no smoking policy.
- We expect clients to leave property clean and tidy on departure.
- Clients are advised to take out holiday insurance to cover personal loss, damages, and cover for late cancellation of booking
- Single occupancy, We will give £30 discount per night, per room for the Taransay room.
